Set a timer for 10 minutes. This is your complete practice session.
Minutes 1–2: Stand with good posture. Take 5 deep breaths.
Minutes 3–4: Play 3 long tones on comfortable notes. Hold each one as long as you can.
Minutes 5–6: Practice a short scale or 3-note pattern slowly.
Minutes 7–8: Play a short melody or passage from your lesson book.
Minutes 9–10: Play your favorite note or passage one more time, just for enjoyment.
When the timer goes off, you are done. Celebrate completing your practice!
