Tone Focus
Set a timer for 5 minutes.
Start by taking 3 slow, deep breaths.
Play one note you know well and hold it as long as you can.
Rest for a moment, then play it again. Try to make it even smoother.
If you know two notes, play them back and forth slowly.
When the timer goes off, you are done! Put your flute away carefully.
Complete a focused 5-minute practice session with steady tone and good posture.
